The Polyonics track of printed circuit board label material is based on high temperature ThermogardTM technology and is designed to meet or exceed the high temperature requirements of wave solder and reflux solder (up to 280°C) environments. as described above. In addition, each durable label technology has been improved to withstand the strong solder paste and multiple cleaning cycles commonly used in circuit board applications. The wide polyonics product line requires the use of durable printed label materials with thicknesses of 1 & 2 mil respectively. A wide range of machined materials and a wide selection of high performance adhesives are available to meet unique ASTM and military specifications.
